We are aware that we are the privileged minority as compared to the majority of Kenyans. It is part of our Christian duty to try and help the less fortunate. We do this in some small way through our Community Concerns Activities. These mainly consist of channelling funds we collect at our Sunday Mass to those in need. We try to help those institutions (we do not help individuals directly) which can use effectively our money. Of course, often more than money is required and volunteers have over the years got much more involved in specific projects and activities.
At Christmas time we try and organise special collections of foodstuffs, toiletries, sweets and gifts, to give to some institutions. We have held parties for young and old.
