An Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

Reopening of places of worship
Following the presidential directive on 6th July 2020, that places of worship will commence phased re-opening for congregational worship in strict conformity of guidelines and protocols developed by the Inter-Faith Council,we have received through the Parish initial guidelines from Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops(KCCB). We await information on further developments from the Inter Faith Council and KCCB on how to proceed.
SACRAMENTS/PRE-CONFIRMATION CLASSES
We would like to thank in a very special way, our volunteer teachers – Nthenya, Carla, David, Monisha and Peter for their valuable time and services in having online classes for the Sacraments and Pre-Confirmation Classes. Following President Uhuru Kenyatta’s address to the Nation on the 6th of July, the restriction of children below the age of 13 years, not being permitted to attend Mass, and no Sunday School Classes, online classes will be the new normal. There is also uncertainty of when the Children registered for First Holy Communion and Confirmation will actually receive these Sacraments, however when the situation normalizes, and the children are prepared, after completing the respective syllabuses, a decision on dates can be made instantly. Our teachers will communicate with Parents directly with regard to the time frame for online classes.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank both the Parents and the children for registering for online classes.
Stay safe. Stay healthy
